Radon well

Radon well for buildings with ground radon

For buildings situated on permeable soil, such as gravel ridges, the radon well is by far the most effective solution for lowering the air pressure in the ground and preventing radon from entering the building.
Hundreds of radon wells have been installed by us, achieving an impressive average radon reduction of 95% in indoor air.
Correct placement is essential for proper function. Contact us for placement recommendations.
A radon well does not cause colder floors or frost heave, even though it extracts approximately 15 times more air than a radon suction system.
The radon well has a low installation cost.
On non‑permeable soil, such as bedrock, a radon well is not suitable. In such cases, we recommend radon suction or FTX ventilation.
