The radon well kit is delivered complete and made of corrosion‑resistant special piping with a lid and equipped with a moisture‑protected, speed‑controlled fan.
The fan provides high pressure and low noise. Extraction capacity is approx. 700 m³/h.
The radon well is placed beside the building, entirely below ground level. It produces no indoor noise and has low operating costs. No structural modifications to the building are required.
Installation requires access for an excavator to dig a 4‑meter‑deep pit, and the exhaust duct must be positioned so that soil air cannot re‑enter the building.
